capture these whooping crane photos was made possible due only to the
closeness of the viewing blind to the whoopers enclosure. The Wild Birds
Unlimited Pathways To NatureŽ Conservation Fund helped to pay for the
viewing blind. The first four thumbnails below (click on the thumbnail image for the full size
view) are from the
Boone County, Indiana stopover on November 5, 2001. The cranes landed in Chassahowitzka National
Wildlife Refuge December 3, 2001.
